Our journey began in 2021 in Vancouver, BC, with a clear mission: to help Bitcoin miners improve their financial and operational efficiency. Our initial focus was building an FPPS mining pool and operations management software that streamlined processes for miners. However, as we worked closely with these industries, we saw a greater opportunity—optimizing how high-performance computing interacts with energy.

Recognizing the critical role energy plays, we expanded our vision beyond Bitcoin mining to include High-Performance Computing (HPC/AI) industries. In 2024, we launched LōD, a comprehensive energy management solution designed to optimize how computing resources consume power, integrate with energy management systems, and support grid reliability.

Today, we provide practical, sustainable energy solutions that empower industries to operate efficiently while contributing to the stability and sustainability of the energy grid.
